A growth plan is a set of claims about arithmetic: how many accounts exist, what share is winnable, what it costs to win one and how long the payback takes. Ambition is what you do after the arithmetic holds.
When we size an opportunity, we insist on three numbers being defensible before anything is committed: the addressable account count, the realistic win rate against the incumbent, and the fully loaded acquisition cost.
Plans that survive contact with a board always show the sequence. Not everything at once, the two moves that fund the next four.
